Annie Caldwell is backed by daughters Deborah Caldwell Moore, Anjessica Caldwell, and goddaughter Toni Rivers, with her eldest son Willie Jr. Caldwell on bass, youngest son Abel Aquirius Caldwell on drums, and her husband of the last fifty years Willie Joe Caldwell, Sr., on guitar.

She also runs Caldwell Fashions, a clothing store in downtown West Point that dresses women for church convocations and anniversaries. Caldwell Fashions is open five days a week, and by appointment.
